管道間的漏水現象
漏水原因：
- 因為管道間之頂蓋，常是事後再放置上去的，故與壁體間也常形成縫隙，容易滲入雨水。
- 由於百葉柵窗常因角度不對，而造成雨水從柵窗吹入。
- 貫通管之週邊常因管與管間距離太近，而使防水施工不易，導致漏水。
- 防水層收頭部位之不當或防水層受擠壓破裂，而造成漏水。
